Fitlinxx is een partner van de sportaccommodatie managementsoftware/ledenadministratie software van DMS Solutions sinds 2004. De data integratie tool is aktief sinds 2005. Fitlinxx heeft de volgende verklaring afgegeven naar aanleiding van het kopelproces:

Fitlinxx FDI Project with DELCOM
"The Fitlinxx FDI project is an integration project where fitness club’s member data is pulled into the Fitlinxx database of members’ actual performance on a variety of fitness appliances in the gym. This integration is vital to clubs efficiency by preventing data duplication and it gives them an increased richness of information that has significant positive impact on their customer retention. The DELCOM front desk management system was not seen originally a ‘quick win’ for Fitlinxx as a result of a number of data issues. However, the guys have DELCOM have been the most proactive of any of the competition in this sector. Their ‘can-do attitude’, their efforts and good communication have turned a project that was originally expected to be long and difficult into one of the quickest deployments of Fitlinxx FDI in a key customer for us. In april 2008 opende Wellnesselande in Barendrecht haar deuren. Deze mega multifunctionele club - de showroom van Life Fitness Europe - is compleet uitgerust met De sportaccommodatie managementsoftware/ledenadministratie software van DMS Solutions. Ook de volledige audio.video installatie is verzorgt door het team van Delcom International bv. Wellnesselande is een tevreden gebruiker van de nieuwe vingerscan.
